VOD Review · coming soon · free
Every pro team has a film room.
Now you do.
NFL teams, NBA teams, top soccer clubs — they all pay analysts to break down film and hand players the answers. VOD Review does that job for Fortnite: pro replays parsed into coaching stats, so you and your duo can coach yourselves.
All of it free. No trial, no tokens, no paywall.

01// The method
How to be your own coach
A coach doesn't have secret knowledge — they have film, numbers, and a routine. Here's the routine, built for you and your duo. VOD Review supplies the film and the numbers.
01
Watch the film
Pick a Grand Finals player who plays your style and follow their whole game — not the highlight, the full path. Where they landed, what they looted, when they left. Pros repeat what works; the film shows you the pattern.
02
Pull the numbers
How long did they loot before their first rotation? How early did they move on the zone? How many fights did they take before endgame? Write down three numbers. Those are your benchmarks now.
03
Run the comparison
Play your games, then hold your run next to theirs. Landed the same spot but left 40 seconds later? Took a fight they never take? The gap between your game and the film IS your improvement list.
04
Review with your duo
This is what pro coaches actually do after scrims: sit both players down over the same map and ask why. Fifteen minutes with your duo on one contested spawn beats three hours of mindless pubs.
02// The film
This is what the data looks like
Not mockups — these are real graphics from our replay pipeline, parsed from FNCS Grand Finals and published on the Data Desk.

Where winners actually go
Every Grand Finals winner's ground game, one map. Parsed from Epic's replays — not vibes, coordinates.

84 games of zones, one picture
Storm phases decoded from every game. This is how you stop calling rotations 'luck'.

A contested drop, frame by frame
Two duos, one POI, every move tracked. The film-room view of why one side walked out.
03// What you get
Coaching stats, free
Everything below comes out of parsed tournament replays — the same kind of analysis org performance departments run privately. Free for the Elite community.
Pro loot routes, labelled
Follow a finals player from bus to last shot with every stop marked — where they looted and for how long, where they held, where they took the fight.
Coaching stats per second
Looting, rotating, holding, fighting, healing, storm — every second of a pro's game classified from the replay, so 'play smarter' becomes actual numbers.
Off-spawn breakdowns
Contested drops dissected: who touched first, how duos split, who committed to the fight — and which of those decisions actually won the spawn.
Drops built from finals film
Landing spots and glide patterns taken from how finals players actually fly — simplified so you can copy them without doing the math.
Rotation & zone timing
Storm phases decoded straight from the replay. See who moved early, who got caught, and what a good rotation clock looks like.
Death forensics
Where you die, in which phase, against what — next to what finals players did in the same spot. Every loss becomes a rep.
04// How it works
The match, not the highlight
A stream VOD shows one player's screen. A replay holds every player, every position, every elimination — so the analysis is about what happened, not what got clipped.
01
We read the replays
Epic's tournament replays parsed the whole way down — positions, eliminations, damage, storm phases. Not scraped stats: the match itself.
02
We label every second
Movement, terrain, fights and zone data combine into a timeline of what each player was doing, minute by minute, with the evidence attached.
03
You get the receipts
Paths you can scrub, spawn breakdowns you can copy, and plain-language takeaways for your next lobby.
Already built
The data is real, and it's already here
VOD Review runs on the same pipeline behind our drop calculator and the Data Desk — a season of FNCS replays, parsed and verified.

Elite Arena
Your film room opens in Discord
Elite Arena is where the free tools go live first, where you find your duo, and where the community breaks down the film together. Free to join, no strings.
Pro analysis covers public tournament matches. If we ever add your own replays, it stays opt-in — you choose what to upload, you can delete it, and nothing of yours gets published without you saying so. Elite Esports is not affiliated with or endorsed by Epic Games.
