Earn the crest

Every player on this roster earned their spot in open competition before we signed them. Here's exactly what we scout, how our current signings actually happened, and how to get on our radar.

What we actually look for

Results in open brackets

Divisional Cups, Online Opens, qualifiers, majors — placements we can verify on public trackers beat any highlight reel.

Consistency over heaters

One hot weekend is variance. A season of finals appearances is a signing case.

Role clarity

Know what you are — IGL, entry, anchor, flex — and show it in how you play and how you talk about the game.

A clean record

No integrity flags, rule violations, or drama that costs a roster its seat. We check.

How the current roster got signed

Apex NA · signed Apr 2026

The 5STAR run

Dark, Kaydn, and Dig took an unsigned 5STAR roster through the ALGS Online Opens — winning Open #3 — and qualified for Pro League Americas. We signed the entire roster.

Apex EU · signed Apr 2026

The GoNext core

lighT, iHenchman, and KIND4 stacked two ALGS EMEA runner-up splits before we signed the core — coach included. They're at the Split 1 Playoffs in Paris right now.

Fortnite · signed Apr 2026

Josh's duo results

Josh won Divisional Cup finals and stacked NA placements with Eomzo before signing. The duo fought through the FNCS Second Chance Qualifier to the Summit LAN a month later.

The pattern: public results first, signing second. The brackets are open to everyone — that's the point.

FAQ

Tryouts, answered

How do I join Elite Esports?

Post results in open competition, then get on our radar. We scout open brackets — Divisional Cups, Online Opens, Pro League qualifiers, majors — and we review every serious submission sent through our contact form with the topic 'Roster'.

Does Elite hold open tryouts?

Not on a fixed schedule. We recruit from results: every player currently on the roster earned their spot in open competition before we signed them. When we run structured tryouts or scrim blocks, we announce them on our socials.

What does Elite look for in a player?

Placements in real brackets over highlight clips, consistency across events rather than one hot weekend, a clean competitive record, and communication that holds up under pressure. Region and game matter too — we field Fortnite (NA), Apex Legends (NA + EU), and FGC rosters.

Do I need to be a pro already?

No — but you need verifiable competitive results. Two of our current squads were signed as complete rosters after grinding open qualifiers into Pro League. That path is open to anyone: the brackets are public.

How should I submit myself to Elite?

Use the contact form with the topic 'Roster'. Include your competitive region and game, tracker links, your best verifiable placements, and current teammates if you compete in a squad. Skip the montage — send the results.
