E-BOT-ZO — Terms of Service

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement (13+, or higher where local law requires) and comply at all times with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and — where applicable — Epic Games' terms for Fortnite.

You agree not to abuse, disrupt, exploit, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot or its infrastructure; not to use the Bot to spam, harass, scam, or violate any law; and not to scrape or harvest data through it. Server staff may limit, suspend, or revoke your access to the Bot or the server at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Community events, custom games, and leagues (including partnered events such as Summer League) are governed by their own posted rules, eligibility requirements, and prize terms, which may be operated by third parties. Prize amounts, timing, and delivery are subject to those rules and to verification of eligibility and fair play. ELITE is not responsible for third-party platforms, their availability, or their decisions (including Discord, Epic Games / Fortnite, PracticeServer, or payment providers). Events are void where prohibited by law. Cheating, account sharing, or fraud forfeits any prize eligibility.

The Bot processes limited Discord data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data, do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models, and do not store member data in third-party cloud databases; processing is transient and in-server, with limited administrative exports held by server staff as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE BOT AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELITE, ITS OWNERS, STAFF, AND VOLUNTEERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE BOT OR THE SERVER. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US$10) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE BOT (WHICH IS ZERO), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ELITE and its staff from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Bot or violation of these Terms.

The Bot and ELITE are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. or Epic Games, Inc. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at this URL; continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ELITE's operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally via the server's #modmail channel.
