E-BOT-ZO — Privacy Policy
E-BOT-ZO is a private Discord application operated by ELITE (eliteesports.gg) exclusively for the Elite Arena Discord community. It is not publicly installable.
What we process
- Discord identifiers — user IDs, usernames, and role assignments, used to run commands, assign self-selected roles, and welcome new members.
- Interaction data — the options you pick in the bot's menus and slash commands, processed transiently to fulfil the interaction.
- Server structure — channel and role configuration snapshots, kept by the server staff for administration and security audits.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or share data with third parties.
- We do not use any Discord data to train machine-learning or AI models.
- We do not track you outside Discord, serve ads, or build profiles.
- We do not store member lists or message content off-platform, except staff-initiated archival exports of the server's own administrative channels.
Retention & removal
Role selections live in Discord itself — leaving the server removes them. To ask about or request removal of any administrative records, contact the staff via the server's #modmail channel.
Infrastructure
The bot runs serverlessly on Vercel; data passes through it transiently to serve each request.
